What is ramen?

We think that ramen is the ultimate comfort food, a hug in a bowl, the perfect meal. At it’s most basic, ramen is made from five elements: broth, tare (seasoning), aromatic oil or fat, noodles, toppings. Our Honest Ramen is a love letter to Japan, and to our customers.

why do you call it ‘honest ramen’?

Our goal, our vision, our raison d’être! It’s honest because we’re passionate about the quality of our ingredients, about our community and their experience, about taking care of our planet - and we’re sure as hell passionate about ramen!

ok, and what’s ‘Tonkotsu’?

Tonkotsu is a bone broth made from pork bones, hard-boiled for 10 hours until it reaches creamy, savoury perfection. Ours is made fresh at our Atelier with pork from our partner supplier Porc Qualité Ardenne (PQA) 

Can i make a reservation?

We don’t accept reservations at any of our locations, but don’t worry! We will always seat you ASAP. You might have to wait a few minutes at the weekend, so why not try our ‘No Fox Given’ craft beer?
